On behalf of the soldiers, NCOs and officers of
the Arrowhead Brigade, I welcome you to the 3d Brigade web
site. As this unit enters the uncharted territory of medium weight transformation, I see the soldiers of this brigade performing like never before to achieve the goal set forth by the Chief of Staff of The Army. It truly is an honor to serve with these fine young men and women as we move forth into the next century. If you are about to be assigned to the 3d Brigade, you will have the honor of serving with this great unit through the most critical stages of our transformation. With intense battle focused training, superior leadership and quality facilities available for education, recreation, and family time, your time serving in the 3d Brigade will give you the sense of responsibility and accomplishment that many other units are not able to provide. To the soldiers of the Arrowhead Brigade, keep up the fantastic work that you are doing. It does not go unnoticed. To the soldiers who are about to become our future, I look forward to having you in our family.
